Easy Bread Machine pizza dough

!±8± Easy Bread Machine pizza dough

Cooking pizza at home is easy if you have the right tools, and you'd be surprised how few tools you need. The paste is usually thought to the part of many people is hard to do, but my 15 year old son who has no time to take can of pizza every night.

The only piece of equipment "special" you need is a bread machine with a dough setting. We had a sit around the house from bread baking craze a few years ago. The first thing you need to go, are the ingredients. SimplyIngredients of bread are all that is necessary.
3 1 / 2 cups flour (bread flour for a crust Chewie little.) 2 tablespoons yeast (yeast normal yeast does not act quickly.) 2 tablespoons honey (I add 3-4 tablespoons of sweet bread dough) 1 / 4 cup olive oil (this adds a lot of flavor.) 1 / 2 teaspoon salt (skip this.) 1 cup warm water (about 100 degrees.) All other versions (I'm Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, onion, etc..) Combine all ingredients inBread machine and the setting paste. This is the only part that takes time. My machine runs an hour and a half and has only once after 20 minutes or so check to make sure the dough does not rise to the page.

When dough is ready, spread flour on a cutting board or large clean table. First, divide the dough, because this is just a huge amount of dough to work with. This recipe makes 2 large pizzas with regular or 1 large pan style pizza.

Roll out the dough witha rolling pin. Roll the dough away from you, then quarter turn and roll. Continue to do so until the dough 1 / 4 inch thick for pizza normal or 1 / 2 inch thick for pan-style.

Now you have to wait for the cheap and delicious pizza to your seals. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes then check regularly, until golden brown crust.
